Bodo is a Swiss citizen, born in Frankfurt am Main. He is an Attorney at Law and holds a Masters’ in Business Engineering. He graduated from the Haas Business School, Berkeley and St. Gallen, as well as obtained a CAS in Renewable Energy Management. Before attending Law school he studied electrical engineering at the ETH Zürich. He co-founded the law-firm Fässler von Düring in Switzerland and worked as a lawyer and notary for 20 years before founding VDG. Bodo held several board seats including Zwick & Roell and Rocco Forte Hotels.

Aline is a Swiss qualified lawyer and holds a CAS in renewable energy management. She started her career as a tax consultant with Tax Partner AG in Zürich before she joined VDG. In 2014 she moved to Dubai to work for M-HQ, a Dubai based boutique law firm with Swiss roots, and recently launched her own law firm in the UAE. Aline has been advising high net worth individuals, start-ups, SMEs, international corporations and financial institutions on corporate structuring, commercial matters, international tax planning strategies and legacy planning for the last 12 years.

Cedric is a lawyer and admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. While working for VDG, he has been practicing in several law firms in Sydney and gained experience in diverse areas of law, with a focus on renewable energy law. Amongst other things, he worked on leading solar and battery storage projects in Australia. He recently joined the M&A Energy Transition Team at PwC in Sydney and is involved in legal and commercial matters of CLEAG.

Lorenz brings a wealth of experience to the von Düring Group, having been with the company for eight years and playing an instrumental role in the development and implementation of CLEAG's first project in Croatia. He has a comprehensive understanding of the project pipeline, with a particular focus on strategy and finance. Lorenz's educational background further strengthens his expertise, with a BSc & MSc in Economics from Maastricht University and the University of Cape Town, and a CAS in Renewable Energy Management.

Stephanie brings a depth of professional training andexperience to the von Düring Group, having honed her skills as a highlyqualified bank clerk with a focus on customer advisory services and as anassistant in an esteemed international business law firm in Zug. She has beenwith the von Düring Group since 1997 and has been an integral part of thecompany's success.
